Dr. Kamaljeet Kaur Siddhu is a seasoned academic and corporate leader with over 25 years of diverse experience in Corporate Affairs, Legal, HR, and Financial Management. She holds a Doctorate in Marketing and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). An alumna of IIM Kashipur, she also holds an LL.M., an M.Com in HR and Business Finance, and several postgraduate diplomas, including Psychology.
A certified CSR and ESG professional, Dr. Siddhu has guided numerous organizations in effective CSR implementation. Her career spans leadership roles at City Corporation Ltd., Tata BlueScope Steel Ltd., and the Ethix Group of Companies.
As an academician, author, and Ph.D. guide, she is passionate about nurturing future leaders through quality education and lifelong learning. A Distinguished Toastmaster and active Rotarian, Dr. Siddhu continues to inspire through her dedication to education, empowerment, and community service.
